Revocation of your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time. To do this, you can open the consent banner again via the "Privacy Settings" link in our footer and change your selection. 3. Hosting (Vercel)

We host the content of our website with the following provider: Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133 Walnut, CA 91789, USA).

Vercel is a cloud platform provider. When you visit our website, Vercel collects various log files including your IP addresses (which are often anonymized). Vercel is used on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the most reliable presentation and global delivery of our website. We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) with Vercel for data transfer to the US.

4. Data Collection: Contact Form & Google Workspace

Contact and Application Form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form (e.g., on the "Start" page), your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there (name, email, phone number, company data), will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

The storage and processing of this data takes place primarily electronically in Google Sheets / Google Forms (part of Google Workspace). The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided that your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Google.

5. Analytics Tools and Advertising

Consent Management Platform (Cookie Banner)

We use a consent management system to obtain the legally required consent for the use of cookies and tracking technologies (Google Consent Mode V2). All of the following tools (statistics & marketing) are blocked by default until you explicitly consent in the banner (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. Google Tag Manager is a tool that allows us to integrate tracking or statistics tools via a user interface. The Tag Manager itself (which implements the tags) does not process any personal data according to Google. However, it triggers other tags that may collect data.

Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel)

This website uses the visitor action pixel from Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland) for conversion measurement. This allows the behavior of page visitors to be tracked after they have been redirected to our website by clicking on a Meta ad. This serves to evaluate the effectiveness of the ads.
The collected data is anonymous to us. However, Meta links it to the respective user account and uses it for its own advertising purposes. The use is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

Google Analytics 4 & Google Ads

We use functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics and Google Ads Conversion Tracking (Google Ireland Limited). Controlled via "Google Consent Mode V2", your data (e.g., demographic characteristics or conversions) is only collected in the form of analytics cookies (analytics_storage) or advertising cookies (ad_storage) and transmitted to Dublin/USA if you have given us your express, revocable consent via our banner (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 Para. 1 TTDSG).

Valid from: April 2026

This privacy policy has been compiled to the best of our knowledge based on the cloud and tracking infrastructures we use (as of 2026). We recommend a final legal review of the address in the responsible party section.
